These terms form the agreement between you and [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME] (trading as Blitz Mobile Detailing) for use of this platform and the mobile detailing services booked through it.

This document contains placeholder company details. Registered company data must be supplied before this site is used commercially.

1. Services

We provide mobile vehicle detailing at the address you supply, either as a monthly subscription, a one-off booking, or under a fleet contract. Service scope, duration and inclusions are those shown on the service page at the time of booking.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. Detailer and staff accounts are granted by us and may be revoked at any time.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable tax where required. Unused washes in a billing period do not roll over unless the plan states otherwise. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Access requirements

You must ensure legal parking, safe working space, and where the service requires it, access to water or power. If our detailer cannot safely work on arrival, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Later changes may be charged. We may reschedule for severe weather, safety or staffing reasons and will notify you as early as possible.

6. Condition and damage

Before and after photographs are taken for every job. Pre-existing damage recorded in those photographs is excluded from claims. Any claim for damage caused during service must be raised within 48 hours of completion.

7. Fleet contracts

Fleet accounts are governed by the contract pricing, service levels and invoicing terms agreed in writing, which take precedence over these terms where they conflict.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to it.

9. Governing law
